Komal & Jatin

Sophistication and glam in every corner, that’s how Komal and Jatin set their wedding festivities at Cincinnati, Ohio. It was a cold, snowy event yet the sparks were all over the premises.

Komal looked stunning in an ebony gown, while Jatin complemented her in a grey suit. Before the big event, our photography team took some incredible shots. For some more pre-ceremony photoshoots, this lively couple changed into navy blue outfits that complimented each other. We were thrilled by the excitement this pair radiated and had a blast photographing them.

Afterward, Komal wore a pristine white saare with a teal green neckpiece for the pithi ceremony for blessings before the wedding. In the midst of vibrant festive colors, she resembled a fairy dressed in white.

Komal donned a clay brown lehenga with a dark indigo statement piece for the Grah Shanti ceremony, which is a pre-wedding tradition in which pooja is performed to invite Lord Ganesha into the home to remove all barriers and provide happiness and wealth to the marriage. For Jatin’s personal Grah Shanti ceremony, he wore a matching Panjabi and constantly displayed his happiness through his Haldi-smeared face.

For the Mehendi night, Komal wore a porcelain white dress with a vanilla pink heavy dupatta. Our photography crew was able to capture some stunning images of the lovely bridal henna art.

Satak is a morning prayer in which the nine worlds’ blessings are sought. For this occasion, Komal looked like a modern Cinderella from a fairy tale novel in her pastel light blue lehenga. Our lovely bride’s looks were created by @tamraberrybeauty and @hmarieidoupdo, who did a wonderful job. The guests were treated to a casual dinner afterward and despite the fact that it was a Covid wedding, this energetic couple’s love and celebrations were not lacking.

For the big wedding ceremony, it was time for some Bollywood glitz! Komal and Jatin looked like they stepped out of a Bollywood movie set, dressed in elaborately crafted lehengas and sherwanis. While the bride and groom were busy getting dolled up, our photography team took on some creative photoshoots with their attires. It was a wonderful day at Delta Hotels Cincinnati – Marriott and we captured some breath-taking first-look shots of the couple. It was an incredible experience for us as wedding photographers to be a part of such a lovely, devoted, and playful couple who is immersed in love. @scott.levine.526 did an amazing work of draping the venue with such elegance. The fairy tale wedding could not be complete if the Groom did not show up in a carriage!

To wrap up the festivities, Komal and Jatin held a glam reception, and what a magical event it was! There was dancing, @sondhisounds’s rocking the floor, and the newlyweds taking on the dance floor for their first-ever steps as husband and wife. It was a fun, intimate reception that @nidhibedi brilliantly orchestrated. It was the perfect way to cap off a fantastic wedding ceremony and usher in a new beginning.
